Just had another call from my bank. "Can I speak to Steve hall Me "Speaking" "Before we start I just have to ask you some security questions, is that OK?" Me "No it isnt, you have called me and I dont know who you are so I should be asking you to answer security questions. If I call you then its OK to ask me security questions but I dont discuss my finances with any cold callers. " "Oh ermm we will have to write to you then"
