So today was a pretty eventful day... although it started last night when i stayed at my friends house. Turns out she has been very sick for quite some time now, but we never thought it was that serious, this morning she was rushed to hospital by ambulance because she could not stop vomiting at all, she was put on a drip for most of the day and to top it off nurses wouldnt alow anyone to be with her, not even family. She is recovering slowly and eating little things, but is still quite sick.. just hoping Ellie turns out to be fine

Oh Renee that is awful for you... I pray Ellie will return to good health quickly...Stay strong, And I'm sure she knows that you are thinking of her...Its sad they wouldnt let in family, but sometimes when they (doctors/nurses) are really busy doing what they need to do to get your friend better its hard for them to have family there.

Thanks Narelle Yeah i just hope she gets better, i will be going to visit her tomorrow.. and i understand that nurses and doctors needed to concerntrate on her, but she is only 15 and should have been aloud to have her mum in with her or something. But ah well atleast she can come home now, which is good :)

Hi Renee I just read your post. I really pray all is well with your friend now. You are right sometimes it is necessary but she is very young to be so sick and not have her mum.
